Our Services

Ally Case Management, LLC is a Case Management company dedicated to helping injured workers, insurers and employers coordinate safe and effective recovery from work related injuries.  We specialize in Vocational Case Management services which are provided for sick or injured employees who are unable to return to work in their original job. Our goal is to help disabled workers attain sufficient work skills to compete successfully in the labor market, and to return to suitable, gainful employment.  We will do this through the following services;

Vocational Assessments - The purpose of a vocational assessment is to determine the residual employability of an individual who has a disability. Our highly qualified vocational consultants will provide companies with a detailed report outlining the transferable skills and employment options on those difficult cases where an employee is unable to return to a job of injury.

Job Analysis - Ally Case Management, LLC vocational consultants are able to perform on-site job analyses to ascertain the all aspects of a job to include skills required to provide to the customer an accurate and detailed analysis of any position in the economy. The complete report allows an employer to have a record of each position performed, or it can be viewed by a physician to determine if an employee with a disability is able to perform the specific position researched.

Resume Preparation - When a person with a disability is unable to return to their previous employment and is in need of finding another career, our trained vocational consultants are able to work with the employee to construct an effective resume to assist with a job search. The resume is tailored to the employee and to targeted jobs. Ally Case Management will provide both written and electronic copies of the resume to the employee.

Return to Work Programs - At Ally Case Management, LLC we recognize high claims cost can be mitigated with an effective and well-defined return to work program. We will work with employers and employees to identify jobs that allow employees with disabilities to safely return to work. The primary focus of our vocational case management services is the successful re-entry of the employee to the workplace resulting in significant cost savings for our customers.

Job Seeking Skills Training - When a person with a disability is unable to return to a job and is in need of finding another one our trained vocational consultants are able to work with the employee to help with constructing an effective resume, teach interview and computer skills; as well as competing job applications to assist with a job search.

Job Placement - Placing the employee who has a claim for disability is the primary focus of the vocational rehabilitation process. Our experienced vocational consultants have vast knowledge of the local labor markets. The job seeker will be provided job leads that are consistent with their education, skill level, physical and mental capabilities. Job search records are maintained by the employee and monitored by our vocational consultant to verify follow through with job search activities.

Vocational Assessment / Wage Earning Analysis – Employability, loss of employability and wage earning potential is determined by the vocational expert based on the facts of a case. It may be used in mediation, for preparing a settlement, or at a trial.

Labor Market Survey - Our experts will gather employment data to substantiate employability with respect to physical capabilities qualifications, local and current labor conditions. We assist in verifying wage earning capacity and placeablility.

Expert Testimony - We are qualified to testify as experts in state and federal court systems. Our medical expert testimony is generally engaged to support or refute a Life Care Plan. A vocational expert testimony supports or refutes vocational potential and wage earning capacity conveyed in vocational assessment.

One Stop Shop/Alliance Referral- Ally Case Management has a strong alliance with other manage care companies, such as physical therapy and nursing case management. We will use these relationships to act as a one stop shop to direct consumers to the appropriate care needed.  With this networking system, we are able to provide field case management (NCM), Telephonic case management (TCM), Catastrophic case management, government review services such as Medicare, Disability set-asides (Medical Case Reviews), Medical Peer Reviews (Independent Physician Reviews), Physical Therapy Coordination and FCE’s.
